Spooky occurrences reported here have included sounds of slamming doors in areas where all doors are locked tight, and items that move from their original position when no one else is around. Folks here say there is a clue to the identity of a ghost: A small hair barrette was once left on the counter. Therefore, staff believes the spirit to be a young girl. One housekeeper also spied the apparition of a small dog in a hallway.

  1. my mom and i recently stayed in this hotel in room 145. in the middle of the night we would wake up to heavy footsteps in the room above us. it sounded like they were dropping heavy items and jumping on the bed. we called the front desk twice about it but nothing was done. a day after we returned back home, i was having a party with my friends at my house and my mom was doing some research on this hotel. as it turns out, this is not the first time guests in room 145 have had complaints about heavy footsteps. i would say a 10/10 experience that still gives me chills right now

  2. I stayed here for one night in July with my daughter. I could feel/sense a presence from the moment I stepped into the front lobby. It is a positive spirit. The staff confirmed it’s a little girl in a white dress who is often seen by people at the indoor pool. Although I did not see her, she was definitely there. I was at the outdoor pool with my daughter, and I felt invisible hands literally pick up my necklace and rotate it around my neck. It was one of those heavy, thick necklaces that the wind could not have moved. Lasted that night, at around 11pm, I was in bed reading a book. My daughter was sleeping, and the TV was off. All of a sudden, I heard a child whispering in the room, we were in room 136 lower level on the very end in the back….I was so freaked out because it was so clear and legit IN THE ROOM. The door that led in and out of the hotel, that was next to our hotel room would open and shut on its own, yet nobody was there (I looked and also did not hear it followed by footsteps after the door opened and closed). Again, we were on the very end in the back, room 136. Then I researched online and saw reports of doors opening/slamming shut when nobody was there. There is definitely paranormal activity there.
