This place is indeed haunted. Just as described above, you get a cold feeling and feel the urge to run out. It was currently being renovated when I went. The story I was told was a man murdered his fiancee in the 2nd floor bathroom.
I currently live here with three more friends of mine. There are very strange things that take place during the day and night from footsteps, doors opening, and cold feelings all throughout the house.
Phillip do you still live there or know who does?
