The Western Heritage Center is believed to be haunted by the ghosts of a child named Priscilla whose footprints have been seen in the attic, an elderly man who sits near the fireplace in the basement, and an elderly woman who haunts the first floor and the Will James Room.

I was camping one night when my mom and I were out side and my little sister was in the tent sleeping. When I was looking off in the dark when I saw the dark figure of a person or what ever the hell it was. I couldn’t tel what or who it was or the gender it was. All I thought was that OMG I’m gonna fuckin die. My mom had bent down to tend to the fire so she didn’t see it at first. I quietly whispered ” mom, mom”. I couldn’t move. Then my mom stood up and saw him. It was a man. ( I wouldn’t guess an alive one) I picked up a beer bottle off the picnic table in case I needed to use it. My mom swung a large stick at him and told him go back the fuck off. I saw his face perfectly, and after he left we woke my little sister up and got the hell out of there. Now, my mom and I can’t remember his face.
A year or two later my mom and I were getting ready to camp in a small area on a hill, when I saw the shadow of a person, on the ground but no person above it. I told my mom that I didn’t want to camp here. And when we started to back the car out of there, I saw s the shadow back up behind the fence. When we drive off I told my mom what I saw when we were well out of there. And after I told her, we agreed to spend the night in a hotel instead of camp….:( scary shit hey? ….
