A series of books have been written about this location’s reputation. The inn was once a mortuary; the mortician’s wife claimed that the building was haunted and became a recluse until her death. Doors have slammed themselves and local lore still holds true that the ghosts that once terrorized the former mortician’s wife are still here.

I know people that used to live here before it was an inn and I’ve stayed there overnight and gone down into the mortuary and saw all the equipment and embalming tables and stuff and I never experienced any bad vibes at all! I am a devout Christian and may be protected though. If you are brave enough I suggest you give it a night’s stay and see what you think.Ooooooooh Scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had lived there before the newest owners the people that turned it into the bed and breakfast for a short while and in fact the room my husband and I stayed, in was down stairs in the emboming room the upstairs was getting worked on .at the time and you know I never had gotten any weird feelings unless I was alone or I would go up stairs but the only room I’d go in up stairs was t he bathroom and just being up stair gave me the creeps spooked me out but we never slept up stairs
can i visit the place
