The 1927 Heathman has a ghost who likes rooms with numbers that end in 03. Room 703 is a favorite of his. Guests have reported finding their clean towels used, their furniture rearranged, and glasses of water taken away. In Room 803, one guest reported an apparition at the end of the bed. It has been suggested that someone may once have jumped to their death near the 03 rooms, and now haunts all the ones they passed on the way down.
