Seaview Terrace, aka Carey Mansion, was built by (and is said to be haunted by) whiskey magnate Edson Bradley and his wife Julia. Witnesses have reported apparitions, unexplained sounds, the playing of a defunct organ, temperature drops, and footsteps. The site has been featured on an episode of TV’s Ghost Hunters.
