Originally an English Gentleman’s Club, this ornate green building (listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places) is named after Gordon Rogers. He and his wife apparently still haunt the place. He’s most frequently seen through the second-story window – she (always clad in white) in the art gallery on the first floor.
