Ridgewood Winery

You are here Home  > Miscellaneous >  Ridgewood Winery

When the Lewis and Dick family built Ridgewood Farm in 1725 & 1811, we’re certain they would have never dreamed that one day the creation of these buildings would still be standing nearly 300 years later. A lot has happened over the years, to the residents and property, to still have some of the past residents, due to to unforeseen horrific accidents, are still here. Most spirits are moving doors, walking around, throwing wine corks and appearing on customers cameras. These unexplained events are the reason Ridgewood Winery is one of Berks County’s most Haunted Locations.

  1. In French creek this weekend my daughter in law saw 2 nuns sitting at a picnic bench. Her and my son walked on a bit, not enough time for the nuns to go anywhere. My DIL asked my son where the nuns went. He told her he never even seen any nuns.
