The water park Raging Waters is said to be haunted. Witnesses say phones have rung throughout the night, mostly coming from Wave Cove. Security guards have heard footsteps, the voice of a girl asking for help or something calling their names in the food court. The hauntings are said to be from a young girl who drowned in Wave Cove.

I used to work there and all those exact stories were going on 20 years ago too. It’s completely creepy at night and had a very very strange unnerving paranormal presence throughout the court area. I used to close the food court.
I grew up in Covina and used to go to Raging Waters I had a near death experience there one Summer in the wave pool. It was completely packed with people in the pool that day and it was really loud, everyone talking I remember, I was on a raft near the deep end and it felt as if I was suddenly pushed off my raft I swam towards the surface of the water but I could not see an opening because of all the rafts floating above me so I tryed tugging at the swim trunks of a guy who was half laid over his raft but it was useless, I seen a lady’s bathing suit across from him and clawed my way up her leg and was finally able to catch a breath when I was pulled back under, it was like no one saw or heard me screaming and I felt like there was something pulling me under over and over. I was exhausted from trying to fight the continuous waves because all I could focus on was the pools stairwell on the left side of the deep end where I thought I could finally get out. If I just would of turned around I would of been able to swim towards the shallow end but I was so disoriented at the time. I have never been back there to this day. I did read about a little girl that had drowned in the wave pool back around the same time I was there. Very sad 🙁
Used to be in park services in the early 2000’s I was 16 1/2 my first job when I was a Jr and senior at San Dimas high I remember incredibly eerie feelings in the back of the park near the wedge slide and drop out constant uneasy feeling of being watched and an unnatural presence I also remember A side near the restrooms and gift shop witch would explain the wave cove the park seemed to have a certain eeriness after Sun set we all had stories every one i wouldn’t 2nd guess this one as I am a medium of sorts and tend to be correct in my predictions and findings
