Workers at the museum have reported doors opening and closing, strange noises, disembodied footsteps and objects moving around by themselves. The apparition of a woman has been seen staring out the windows of the building late at night.

Guests and visitors to the casino have seen the apparition of a young girl on the staircase of the building, as well as looking out the windows down into the street.

The previous owners of the castle have reported hearing disembodied footsteps when no one is around, and having objects moved around the building and reappearing weeks later. There have also been sightings of a glowing apparition in one of the castle’s towers.

This historic hotel is believed to be haunted by two spirits. The first is the apparition of a young woman who is seen rushing through the hallways of the hotel. Her disembodied footsteps have also been heard in various parts of the hotel. The second is a ghost the hotel patrons have named ‘Rufus’, who is responsible for turning lights on and off, flushing toilets and moving furniture around. The ghostly phenomena is mainly reported in rooms #06 and #07. The sound of a dog barking and running through the hallways has also been reported by guests.

The ghost of a woman in period clothing has been seen wandering around the building on the ground floor. Banging noises and ghostly music come out of the attic, and the terrifying apparition of an old floating man has been seen.

Loud footsteps are heard on the second floor of the building when no one is around. Silverware is rearranged, and an evil presence is felt in the basement. The apparition of a transparent figure in a policeman cloak has been seen by numerous people dining at the club.

The ghost of a man in a suit has been seen in the mirrors of the apartment lobby, and the presence of a woman has been felt on the eighth floor of the building. The top floor storage units are haunted by a shadow that stalks residents around until they leave the area. Cold spots are also reported on this level. A glowing apparition has been by some residents in the hallways of the building.

The hotel was renovated in 1997, after a long and illustrious career as the Denver Tramway Building. When the major renovations began on the building, construction crews began to experience a number of strange occurrences. One group who heard voices coming from an office went to inspect, only to find no one there. Today, there is allegedly the ghost of a mechanic who has been seen walking down the hallways with tools in hand before mysteriously disappearing. The “tool man” is thought to have been a mechanic who once worked on railcars in the basement of the building.
