Before the death of local historian Thomas Roach, he remarked that if a ghost was sighted at the mansion, it might just be of him. Ever since, visitors have noted a friendly presence and a misty apparition on the lower floor of the mansion. People have also reported sighting a woman in white looking out of the windows of the house, and seeing strange lights in the attic of the house after it has been locked up.

The old post office building is haunted by several spirits. Disembodied footsteps and loud voices are heard when no one is around. Mail is thrown around the post office, and objects go missing, only to turn up in different places to where they were left. The apparition of a tall dark man has been seen on several occasions in the post office building.

The apparitions of restless Confederate soldiers are seen inside and outside the church building. They are aggressive towards visitors to the cemetery. The apparition of a weeping woman has been seen on the far side of the cemetery. Her cries are often heard late at night.

The condominium is across the road from a large cemetery. Many residents have reported seeing the apparition an elderly woman in their apartments, or have seen her looking down into the street.

People have reported seeing a shadowy apparition in the corridors of the building. A woman was murdered on the nineteenth floor of the building a while before. Some believe the restless spirit is still looking for it’s murderer.

The building is now the headquarters of the company Hawaii Telecom, but workers in the building have reported paranormal activity on the upper floors of the building. The elevators go between floors of their own accord, and people have reported hearing and seeing a white apparition on the tenth floor.

The park is broken up into sections based on traditional island countries of the Pacific Ocean. In the Fiji Village, people have heard the sound of tribal drums being played when no one is around. In the Marquesas Island village, people have seen and heard the ghost of a little boy, who roams the village crying and screaming. In various lagoons around the complex, people have reported seeing the apparition of a woman in white floating face down in the water. She vanishes when approached.

The old gymnasium used to be a morgue, and there have been reports of paranormal activity inside the old building. The apparition of a previous caretaker from the building has been in the gymnasium wearing a top hat and a black trench coat. He disappears when approached by visitors or workers of the town. There are various cold spots that have been reported around the building. The pounding hooves have been heard when no when is around.

The apparition of a woman in white has been walking between the pews of the church, and in the hallways of the church. The lights go on and off late at night when no one is around. The church organ plays by itself, and continues to play when the source of the music is investigated. The church was built across the top of an ancient burial ground.

The apparition of a burnt man, believed to a fire-fighter who died in action, has been reported in the building. Various other strange phenomena has been reported here as well.
