At Lindsey Wilson College’s Horton Hall, rumors abound…especially about the dorm rooms on the second floor. Witnesses say dark ghosts float up and shake the ceiling tiles or creep down into the bedrooms. So the stories go, if you come across these mysterious beings, you should stay really still. If they detect any forms of life, they’ll scream loudly.

Lick Creek Cemetery
At the small Lick Creek Cemetery, visitors have reported apparitions, glowing eyes, and objects that fade in and out of sight.
Campbellsville University
At Campbellsville University’s Fine Arts Building, which was originally a Catholic Hospital, ghostly babies have been known to cry at night. Footsteps can sometimes be heard, cold spots felt, and pottery wheels have been spotted turning all by themselves.
Elsa's Inn
At Elsa’s Inn a maid reported strange noises and Victorian music throughout the inn. However she thinks these ghostly happenings are of a friendly apparitions and she likes the beautiful, and slightly creepy music orchestra that plays at night.

Millenium Manor House
The manor was built during the early 20th century, and the owner and his wife believed that as long as they worked on the property, they would never die. They eventually passed away, but many believe that their spirits still linger on the property. People have reported hearing disembodied footsteps in the house and have reported voices when no one is around. A ghostly apparition has been seen in the house and in the yard walking around, and strange lights have been seen moving around the property late at night. Motorists driving past report seeing faces at the windows of this unusual stone house.

Two Rivers Mansion and Golf Course
People have reported seeing apparitions in the mansion and having items moved around the building. The lights turn on and off at night. People report seeing strange lights from across the golf course moving around the house. Disembodied footsteps and strange laughter are heard on the fairways of the golf course, and strange noises are heard at the rear end of the course late at night. The golf course was previously a civil war battleground and a native burial ground. People have reported seeing the shadowy figures of those who died roaming the golf course late at night.

Palestine Church
The building is surrounded by a cemetery that dates back to the early 1800’s, and the church and cemetery have been abandoned for years. There have been many reports of hauntings here, including shuffling footsteps when no one is around, voices talking, screams and doors opening and closing by themselves. Many people have reported seeing a ghostly figure sitting at the piano, which sometimes plays by itself. Other people have reported seeing a figure in a hooded black cloak, standing in the church corners and not moving. When approached, it vanishes. Cold spots are felt in the church, and the feeling of being watched is reported by many who go there. Outside the church in the cemetery, people report hearing things walking around, and seeing shadowy apparitions moving around the gravestones.

Gwendolyn's House
The early 1900’s building is haunted by the ghost of a woman in white, who has been standing at windows, looking out across the valley. The apparition of a black dog has also been seen running through the hallways and in the basement of the house. An aggressive entity has been reported in the house, and screams at people who enter the building.

In the early hours of morning, guests staying the lodge have reported awakening to see a young girl standing at the foot of their beds, who disappears when she is seen.
