The 1929 Sooner Theater is haunted by the ‘White Lady’, the apparition of an elegant woman in a white dress seen descending the main staircase. Others claim to have heard the wails of a crying baby. The theater is a stop on the local ghost tour.

The antiques store is rumoured to be haunted. Disembodied footsteps have been heard in empty aisles, and temperature drops have been reported with no apparent source.

The 1910 restaurant and former hotel is rumoured to be haunted by a horde of spirits from the past. The ghosts include a little girl playing in an upstairs hallway, a brown-haired prostitute who manifests on the staircase and even the apparition of country swing musician Bob Wills. A poltergeist may also be at work in the dining room bar, as glasses have been known to stack themselves after being washed.

Local folk say that the 1908 historic bed and breakfast is haunted by the ghost of Edith Ruhl, the wife of the doctor who built the original mansion. The inn is believed to have closed down.

Adelaide art gallery opened in 1880 and is supposedly haunted. It is said that the haunting may be caused by the artifacts or maybe due to unconfirmed theories about the gallery being built on what once was a cemetery and that people might have even been hung in the vicinity. There are tales of a woman in a rocking chair seen after hours and when approached she vanishes into thin air. Another interesting story in particular is that once security guards were patrolling the gallery when they both opened a rarely used double door and saw a scene of desert and scrub… this image lasted only seconds then it suddenly turned into a carpark which is what is supposed to be outside.

Employees have claim to see black apparitions in the kitchen, lounge & dance floor. Many known cases are seeing moving objects in the corner of one’s eye. Maybe the Museum of Death is responsible for these sightings since it’s right next door to the venue.

A tragic accident happened near the Glen Memorial Park cemetery back in the 1990s. A bus driver lost control of the bus tipping it down the Gravity Hill killing all the students onboard. Legend has said that not only if you place your car out of gear it would move upwards the hill but also with a blacklight you will be able to see hand marks in back of your vehicle. Maybe it’s the children’s spirits helping to pull up your vehicle.

We have captured some amazing evidence that links back to Harry Green and the Blackbird Store. We have even interacted with the souls who are attached to the very items in the museum. You may feel a soft touch on your arm or shoulder to smelling a very strong perfume (flowery smell) to even seeing an item move across the floor. Ghost hunting equipment malfunctions to battery drains. We have captured video footage of the overhead lights turning on by themselves to items being rolled across the floor. We have even heard disembodied voices of a little girl who is 8 years old to an older gentleman. Full figure apparitions are seen through out the museum. Our museum is full of paranormal activity and we invite you to come experience it for yourself….

The Phi Delt House on Whitman has been haunted for years by the ghost of the “Blue Man.” He is believed to be a former house member. All sightings have happened in or near the 2nd floor bedroom on the south end of the house. The Blue Man is generally known to be non-threatening.
