This recreation of “Old Town Abilene” features mock gunfights, shopping at the “General Store,” and if some people are to be believed, ghosts! In fact, the “Ghost Tours of Kansas” company listed Old Abilene Town as the most haunted spot in the state in 2012. We don’t have much in the way of specific claims of paranormal activity, but if you know more please let us know in the comments section below!

  1. I used to live in Abilene, right across the street from Old Abilene Town, in fact. My cousins and I would always play over there, night and day, and never once did we see anything haunted.

  2. I have lived in Abilene all of my life and I’ve never heard of any haunted experiences at Old Abilene Town. The area that it sets was an old stockyard. The original town of Abilene is farther north. I think this was started by some paranormal groups in order to get people out there.

  3. Abilene resident  |

I was walking my dog through old Abilene town last night around 1 in the morning and we stopped to rest up against the door of the old blacksmith shop. Out of nowhere you could hear what sounded like metal scraping metal coming from inside the building. My dog even perked her ears at the noise. We then started walking west towards Buckeye and just as we were about to pass the old jail what looked like a white dove flew past right in front of my face, but it was no ordinary bird, it appeared to be shining very brightly, almost as bright as looking at a light bulb. In fact I was seeing spots after it passed it was so bright, it made my hair stand on end.

  4. This was taken when my friend and I were younger and over in old Abilene town taking pics one night, so I myself do believe old Abilene town is haunted.

  5. If you take a walk around El Poblado, a district in Medelln, Colombia, that is known for its cosmopolitan hotels and boutiques, you will drift hunters notice that there are random leaflets scattered about the area that state the following: The nearby villages of Guatapé and El Peol are popular destinations for day visits with both residents and visitors alike.

  6. The writer of the story share his experience about the haunted place which is known as Old Abilene Town sounds like a blast! Mock gunfights and shopping at a General Store are a strange but existing part of the story. Now it is time to introduce the most demanding piece of high material quality name as pink palm puff hoddie . It is designed in such a way to attract its audience due to elegant design and the combination of pink color with the flower at the back and the front in the form of a logo to make a perfect match with your own fit to give you a unique look.
