Mount Saint Jospeh is a nursing home that used to be a children’s hospital. The site appears to be haunted by children’s spirits. Different residents in the nursing home, having never met before, have reported a little girl in a purple dress who keeps them awake all night. Many of the nursing home’s residents have reported children coming into their rooms or roaming the home’s halls.

  1. when i worked there we recieved many tales regarding a boy running through the rooms from residents. the tunnel is used to store many items from the rooms..even after a resident passes. there is a creepy and unwelcoming feel. it is no surprise the building houses activity.

    • No they usually said that little girl keeps giggling and running up and down the halls tell her to stop she’s waking me up. Or that she’s in their rooms laughing; tell her it’s time for bed….

  2. I worked evening and night shift; heard little girl giggling and running down hall numerous times on what we called icf. Saw old lady resting in a chair on Alzheimer’s unit when I turned corner she was gone. The other workers said I described a lady that passed the night before. Other nights me and my partner for the night shift heard my name being called over and over again. Said nothing to my coworker at first then she said…. did you hear that I asked her what? She said your name….. nothing scared me all seem good and innocent.

Yes it leads out back under ground to the oldest part of building ..that used it for transporting the dead bodys to out

  3. I worked there for 11 years on the 2nd floor ICF Unit and never heard of any residents complain or state that they had seen or heard anything paranormal. I worked another year nights and, again, never heard about anything paranormal. Staff did talk of a history of ghosts but I never experienced, thank God, anything.
