Rumor has it that back when this property used to be a night club, a man was stabbed to death here in a drug deal gone wrong. Employees have reported seeing the ghost of a man in a cowboy hat, hearing unexplained noises, and noticing things fall off shelves for no apparent reason. Shadowy figures have been seen here as well.
