Mayflower Park Hotel Seattle

You are here Home  > Hotels and Inns >  Mayflower Park Hotel Seattle

At this location in 1914 was The Crystal Pool, an indoor swimming pool, and it soon after became a boxing venue and then a KKK meetingplace. In 1943 it was turned into a church, until the building was torn down in 2003. When the new hotel was being built, construction workers noticed odd things happening. Tools disappeared only to turn up in odd places, frantic splashing sounds came out of walls, and wet footprints appeared that went straight through a wall. These were attributed to 6 drownings that occured when the place was a pool. Further, some witnesses have seen a ghost in white in the basement and on the main floor. Some think it may be a KKK member in his white robes.
