Lumley Castle

You are here Home  > Historical Buildings >  Lumley Castle

The former owner of property, Lily of Lumley, was said to have been murdered by two priests and dropped down a well; her apparition is seen around the castle and sometimes coming out of the well. A playful man named Black Jack likes to move objects, children have been heard playing and screaming, and another man has been reported in the bar.
