Lake Rebecca Park Reserve is full of maple and basswood forests and hiking, biking and nature trails. A bench along one of the trails is alleged to be haunted by the ghost of a man who committed suicide there.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that it IS haunted. Especially a dirt road south east of the reserve, where a woman I actually knew was murdered….I knew she was murdered somewhere on the park reserve but I wasn’t sure where….the sheer panick I felt every time I went down that road, was later explained by my long time childhood friend whose aunt was the woman that was murdered. She explained to me that it was on that exact road that her aunt died….I still to this day can not drive on that road without feeling it, especially at night!
I remember the suicide, it happened around 2012-2013, but this place is certainly not haunted lmao. Used to be a good smoke spot though
