There are various reported sightings of guests seeing an elderly woman peering out of the windows of the lodge, as well as people hearing loud argumentative voices when there is no one around. Staff report being touched by unseen presences, and hearing loud knocks and bangs.

I have spend many a late night here by the fire in the lobby, or playing cards in the upper floors of the lobby, or out on the grass by the lake or on the shore of the lake, and in the employee buildings… I have never so much as felt spooked. I have never seen anything unusual, ever. And this is from someone who feels paranormal stuff pretty easily. No, I don’t think the lodge is haunted. Sorry.
