This 1872 inn was said to be haunted by Annie, a dedicated nursemaid who took care of a former owner’s children, and stayed on even after her death. Also believed to reside here are the ghosts of a Victorian lady and little girl who hang out in the downstairs area and on the porch, respectively; and a man in a tall hat who appears in the doorway to the parlor before vanishing. Reports say the inn is no longer in operation.

I feel like every time I drive down that street. By that house I get a very eeary feeling about,y self. And it’s not a good one. My best friend lives next door. And when I come over to her house we hear screams but nobody’s there. We were sitting on the lawn one day. And an old lady started banging on the window she seemed like she was trying to get out .that house just gives me chills. My bf don’t live there anymore so I feel more comfortable coming to her house
Any possible way we can get in contact i have a few questions since i just moved to eufaula and going to go visit this place , this afternoon please contact me through email. Ewardrodriguez24@gmail.com thank u would really appreciate a response
Visited Eufala for a wedding many years ago. LAte afternoon, house was closed but I parked and walked around the porch. Did’nt really “see” anything but believe I encountered about 4 people – a Victorian lady in a striped, bustled dress carrying a parasol; an older heavyset woman dressed in older style, bustling up the side steps with a worried look on her face; and a tall man at the doorway, don’t’ recall a hat but in a long coat with string-type tie.
My apologies, I believe I confused this house with another of similar design in Eufala. It has been years since the visit.
I lived there my whole life, Iv had very strange things happen only in the wooded areas of Eufaula. Might sound funny but once I had acorns thrown at me and I went too check it out and something ran from behind a bushy area.. Went right by me and it was laughing.. But I very strange creepy crying laugh.. I was more mad at the time than scared but after I got home and realize what happened it creeped me out
I played in this house many times when I was a kid. I had a few spooky encounters.
