This former brewery is now a restaurant, but even before then there was a theatre that burnt down on the original site. It is believed that the ghosts of people who died in the inferno still haunt the building, including fire fighters and movie patrons in period clothing.

I used to work here many years as a host, I had to go into the storage room to grab some paper towels and other items. I walked in and heard someone running around behind the shelf. I walked around and no one was in there… THEN about 4 or 5 boxes came crashing down right in front of me, I froze and was terrified, I then heard the same footsteps/running behind me so I bolted out of there! I told the manager and he laughed and told me it happened all the time.
