Three ghosts are said to reside at this inn set on the site of an old plantation, one of which is an elderly female who likes to close doors behind the guests. The inn’s ghosts are said to come from a large heating vent located in the basement. The owners have come home to find the lid to the hot tub removed and the normally closed door to the kitchen wide open, although no one was in the inn at the time.

Ok first my mother and grandparents owned that house from1928-1955 having a ghost in it is news to me I’ve been to to house 2yrs ago and no one told me or my cousin who stayed there and knows the history if the place that it had ghosts. Did anyone think that it might be the furnace and as for the hot tub college students As for the door it is an old house doors don’t always latch I’ve loved that house for yrs so if there’s a ghost as you say she’s just looking out for the house and is not hurting it or anyone in it
Um….why is there a pic of the Hampton Inn instead of the Irondale? I always remember hearing stories about the ghost at the Irondale growing up.
