This historic homestead was built in 1860, and has several haunted rooms available to guests. In Room #002, guests have locked in their rooms by unseen presences, who have also been known to move furniture around. The hallways outside this room are prone to disembodied footsteps and strange knocking noises. However, the most haunted room is Room #005, where a trio of old ladies allegedly appear to guests. Others claim to have seen them standing in front of the establishment, where they often ask other guests for lifts to the homestead. In the room, guests have been awoken to see a shadowy figure leaning over them, which is often accompanied by the smell of incense or perfume. Around the grounds of the bed and breakfast, staff have heard the sounds of a cat padding around the house and have heard the sound of a cat mewing.
