This quaint community theatre has been in operation for over half a century, but already seems to being developing a series of ghost stories associated with the theatre itself and the plot of land it was built upon. The first apparition is an man in an old-fashioned suit who appears to have formerly owned a house on the site of the playhouse. He appears to be happy with the developments, and has often been seated in the audience before he vanishes. The second is a ghostly janitor, who has been seen switching the lights on and off during the performances and during rehearsals. A theatre staff member once angrily went to go and find out who was playing with the lights, only to find them turning on and off of their own accord.
