This stucco brick adobe was converted to a delightful café during the early 1900’s, and has since served the town as a key focal point for diners and visitors alike. Travellers also come from far and wide to see another part of the café’s hospitality; their abundant ghost stories. Many passer-by’s claim to have seen a ghostly woman staring down into the street from the upper floor, while other claim to have heard a dog barking when there are none present. On the lower floor and on the stairs, an elderly woman in a black dress has been seen by staff and diners, while phenomena reported in the Palomino Room includes disembodied footsteps, ghostly laughter and a mischievous entity that breaks glasses and rearranges cutlery.

I was driving home from work and I saw a shadow that looked like it was leaning against the outside of the horseshoe cafe and this was around 9:15pm.
What was the Horse Shoe Cafe prior to being converted to what it is now?
