Hill Park Cemetery is known for containing the burial site of Frank James, the older brother of outlaw Jesse James. His wife Ann Ralston James is buried here as well. Witnesses say a glowing, misty figure appears here, walking over the hill at night. Ghostly Civil War soldiers are said to show up here from time to time as well.

Hill Park Cemetery is NOT haunted. At the end of 2011 I personally spent a lot of time there, say and night, with and without friends, and never experienced anything paranormal. I’m a believer in ghosts and the like and have had many paranormal experiences myself but none at this location.
Agreed. No spooks or boos there.
I was there alone when I had like a feeling I was being followed but I was the only one there. I saw a figured and I tried to move forward towards it but it vanished. Kinda creepy.
