A mental asylum used to stand on these grounds, but in 1948, a fire destroyed the property; nine died including the former wife of F. Scott Fitzgerald, Zelda. It is believed that the casualties could have been zero, but the patients were drugged and locked in their rooms awaiting further treatment. The ghost of Zelda is picked up on as well as the spirit of a 19 year-old boy who committed suicide. Strange figures are also caught on camera.
