Goshen Historic Track is said to be haunted by the spirit of a jockey and his horse, who both drowned in the nearby lake early 1900s. They’ve been seen riding along the lake or chasing visitors through the dirt-road trails; other witnesses say the clip-clopping of ghostly horse hooves has come from seemingly nowhere.

There is no lake near Historic Track. There is however a pond and swampy land near/at Good Time Park….which hasn’t been used as a track in many generations. So…I wouldn’t put much stock in this tale.
