The 1905 Glamorgan Castle, according to legend, is haunted by former owner Colonel Morgan of Morgan Engineering Company fame, who died in 1928. Guided tours are offered here throughout the year.

  1. I’ve lived in Alliance for 67 years. I live within walking distance of Glamorgan. It’s now used for the Alliance Schools administrative office.

    I have never heard anything about it being haunted. Just because a building looks “ creepy,” or gothic or different doesn’t mean it’s filled with ghosts.

    There are actual paranormal phenomena that are located in Alliance, but all I’ve heard of or personally experienced were located in really normal, boring locations. It’s a mistake to automatically think you need a really visually creepy location. It doesn’t work like that.
