This hefty building went up in the 1920s, and was initially the First National Bank and Trust Company. That name still is etched into the stonework at the top, but today it is used by Valencia Community College.
David Whitehead writes of this building in his “Field Guide to Haunted Orlando,” mentioning various ghostly appearances, cold spots and EVPs that have occurred there over the years.
