All the activity here centers around an old piano in the building, which some guests have heard play on its own (no, its not a player piano). A few have even seen a ghostly piano player sitting beside it.

My husband and I owned a wine bar/store on the Pine Street side of the Exchange from 2004-2007. We had a few experiences with spirit visitors in the store as well as in the passageway connecting the Church Street building and the Exchange. My family (Hand) had a real estate business on the Pine Street location in the 1920’s and yes, I’m a descendent of Oscar, Elijah, and John Francis Hands.
