At this hotel, which has some buildings dating back to the early 1700s, you may see apparitions of Civil War soldiers and ladies of the evening from the location’s bordello days. One spirit is seen in just a quick glimpse as she dances across the courtyard.

This hotel is definitely haunted! I booked a stay at this hotel after watching the Dauphine Orleans Hotel on Buzzfeed Unsolved: Supernatural. We stayed in the third floor of the carriage house for five nights. When we came back from Bourbon Street the first night, the door to the cupboard below our TV had fallen off and I felt like we were being watched. After a couple of days of staying there my friend admitted to me that she had see a man in our bedroom twice during our time there. The first time he was sitting on the bed next to ours watching us as we slept and the second time he was standing up looking at the TV with his back to us. This place is very haunted and I would recommend it to any paranormal enthusiast.
