This inn has many mysterious features, such as doors that lead to nowhere and various trapdoors. It has a long history dating back to the early 1850’s, where it was previously a gambling parlour, a sanctuary for nurses and finally the inn it is today. It also has its fair share of ghost stories. Guests returning to their rooms late at night have reported seeing strange lights on the stairs and in the hallways of the inn. Other reports have told of apparitions in period clothing, objects moving around by themselves and doors opening and closing by themselves.
