Previously the city’s hospital, the courthouse is believed to be haunted. Folks have reported the sound of the jail door closing when no one is there, and the sound of a hospital gurney being rolled across ceramic tile has been reported even though the areas have been carpeted or tiled in quiet linoleum.

I think SOMETHING is certainly at work here considering the experiences I have had there. Please note that i am not a criminal but i have been both a defendant and a plaintiff and justice seems to depend on your attorney. Now Of course that is an influence anywher…but definitely lawyers of Native American descent have an incredibly high success rate while those who are not seem to get nowhere.
I went there on a field trip with students, and while down by the jail, I felt someone push me. And I was there in that area by myself.
I live in Tahlequah and i can assure you that at least 1 in 10 places are haunted here
