According to ghostly legend, at Blaber House there is a spectral elderly woman who sits and reads in a chair, and walks around the yard at around midnight. When she is finished walking the perimeter of the yard, she heads for the roadway and vanishes.

I’ve done work on the property when it was in foreclosure and abandoned. I didn’t notice anything unusual with the place being haunted but there was a enclosure built in the attic to keep someone trapped in. It was built with 2×4’s and heavy duty chicken wire fencing. It had a chain and lock on the door. There was also a mattress and kids magazines scattered on the floor like the ones you would see at a pediatrician’s office. That was very unnerving.
They used to house foster kids and we’re amazing people. When I was in that attic, there was no such structure. The elderly woman Barbara was wheelchair bound due to stroke and loved to read.
I spent and potion of my life in this house when i lived there from 1998-2002 the blabers were my foster parents when i live there there was never a barb wired enclosure in the attic and i know the blabers did not put it there so it had to be pit there in the last few years
As a mater of fact that is not ever the attic of the blaber house so greg fotty might be telling a tail because the blabers paid the house off in the 70s
