This inn is haunted by Mrs. Bagsby, a spirit who has resided here since the 1800s. Mrs. Bagsby unlocks doors and plays other tricks; it is said that she has been known to cause the inn’s hot water supply to bypass the room of a guest that she doesn’t like. Room 7 is the one you should ask for if you want to catch Mrs. Bagsby in person — or, we should say, in spirit.
Note: This used to be the “Belle Grae Inn” but it is now the “Ubon Thai Victorian Inn”. There’s a Thai restaurant on the ground floor, and rooms available upstairs.

I worked there in the late 80s, nothing is haunting this beautiful home
about 8 years ago, my friends and I that ran a paranormal group together investigated this place. There were a few things of note during the investigation. We were in the upstairs bedroom near the back end of the hall on the right. The rocking chair in there had started to rock on its own and we actually caught this on camera. We also had a few evp sessions recorded that had responses in the upstairs hallway, in the main dining room, and in the back gravel parking area. There is spirits at this location but nothing malicious or anything that intends harm.
