Built in the early 1800’s by Oscar Benno Seppelt, who is said to have turned slightly insane after spending years in his private retreat, located behind the trophy cellar. Feelings or being watched & the sounds of footsteps are always heard. It is said that lights ion the lower levels will not turn on after 7pm. The ghostly apparition of a maid has been seen in the tunnels & homestead. Screaming has been heard from the distillery & cellars at night with also a glow. The vinegar factory has the sounds of machinery working & steam blasts, even though the factory has not worked for nearly 150 years! Moans & whispering have been heard in the dining hall.
