People have reported seeing floating heads watching them in the pizza parlour. Staff and diners alike have also reported seeing weird apparitions roaming the empty lot behind the building.

Back in March 2011 I went to the Austin Pizza Garden with my family. I did not really enjoy my dinner there, I kept having anxiety about being there. Later that night, around 10 pm I fainted and had to go to the hospital. Nothing was found…not sure what it was but I think I had a little episode at the Pizza Garden. I still get the same feeling when I drive by or even think of that day.
