This restaurant serves up classic Creole fare, and perhaps a ghost or two as well. “Count” Arnaud Cazenave himself is said to look over his place from the afterlife. He has been known to rearrange the silverware or the bar setup to his liking. The restaurant’s Mardi Gras Museum is named for his daughter, Germaine Cazenave Wells. Her spirit is said to look over the festive gowns and artifacts housed here; she has been seen as a misty form.

In 2008, my wife took a pic with her cell phone of the bar area and capture a large black shape of a person (man). There is no face/head just a body standing at the bar. I will find the pic and post send it to you. There is no mistake, not Photoshopped in any way. Will make your eyes water.
