  1. There was a body found a 3 men were charged for her death……this happened in the late sixties….I new two of the men charged at the time……one night we went there and saw a white firgure rise out of the ground…..it came down the hill and floated horizontal becide the car …..it stayed withe the car until we reached the entrance of the park. This was only one of many other experiences

  2. Since I was a kid I heard a different story. A young mother and her young daughter were driving down Doane Road and crashed their car in the forest down a very step hill at Anchor Park. A day later someone noticed skid marks and seen the car down below smashed into a tree. Both doors were open in the car with a trail of blood leading into the deep forest. The mother and daughter were never found. The swing in the park swings once a year on the day of the accident. That was their favourite local park.

I have done an Evp session and spirit box session most recently and have caught some really good stuff. Still can’t come up with any info online on anything so far..

  4. Recently I and 2 other friends heard about this park. We went there, no wind. The swing was moving, no one else in sight. We heard faint screams and decided to leave. As we were leaving I along with my other friend noticed a strange figure that seemed to be following us. We also noticed a Nun like person standing by the tables. Our eyes could have been playing games on us but I don’t think so..

  5. I lived in Holland Landing and yes Anchor Park is Haunted. The middle swing does swing by it self. We Drove in one night and exactly at midnight our car engine stopped. We could not get it started. Once we pushed it out of park it started.

  7. Lol since the park has been completely renovated and the swing set replaced and in a different location about 8 years ago this isn’t true
Lived for over 30 year in HL and nothing ever happened at Anchor Park other than bored teenagers playing games and being noisy
