The station was built over a plague pit supposedly containing 1,000 bodies. The ghosts here are said to be protective; one story involves an electrician who was shocked with 20,000 volts after a mistake during a normal repair. A transparent figure of an elderly woman was seen beside him and his coworkers say she might have been the reason he survived. Footsteps are also heard here, even when no one else is around.
