Preston Castle, a majestic building done in Romanesque Revival architecture, is also known as the Preston School of Industry. Founded in 1894 as a reform school, it became the Preston Youth Correctional Facility in 1999. Operations ceased in 2011, and the historic building is now open to the public for tours. The site is reportedly haunted by former wards and a housekeeper named Anna Corbin, who was bludgeoned to death here in the 1950s. The building has been featured on the TV shows Ghost Adventures and Ghost Hunters, as well as on other programs.

energy there ,be careful if you go there , and also black mist while taking a photo from the wall..
this place is amazing! we got so much activity here. I am a medium and was able to prove there were children here with things we brought as triggers. So friendly too. beautiful historic place.
My brother has several photos of what appears to be human figures looking out the windows. One looks just like Anna Corbin screaming, and being pulled backword. Another is a photo of an older Native American. So many more now in my possession. Really amazing pics!!
One of my team- Michael Thiel and I was in dorm room. Michael just took picture anywhere in dorm room and he got a good picture. Our first time to tour in Preston by this year and we noticing there is more activities in basement and dorm room too.
went in october a few years ago.some halloween props were set up.in the dark, with my flash set low, i photographed a dummy with a generic mask on. when i got home to look at the photos, the mask was NOT a mask in the picture…….it was a face of a teenager, maybe 17 or 18. he was smiling, and although his head was facing a little to the right, his eyes were looking directly at me. in a room on the 2nd floor, i moved about 20 feet away from our group and all of a sudden it sounded as if somebody stomped on the floor (ceiling) directly overhead—small pieces of the plaster ceiling fell on me. great experience. we went to the area where the murdered staff member had been hidden,,,one of the ladies in our group had a talk-box….we kept hearing, “flowered dress,,,,disembowelment”. can’t wait to take another tour.
