Legend has it that a school bus full of children was killed by a train at the intersection. They now claim that if you put your car in neutral and stop near the tracks, unseen ghosts will push your car across. (If you decide to attempt this, do make sure there’s not another train coming, goodness knows we wouldn’t want the tragedy repeating itself.)

Not only that. But also, if you have dust or baby powder or something on your car you will see tiny handprints and one large set of hands- the children and the bus driver.
No, the bus driver was pushed over the tracks by the kids.
This tragedy never actually happened in san antonio. Look it up. There’s an optical illusion there involving a tree that makes the ground look flat, but it’s actually angled, so your car rolls. The hand prints you see are your own or your childrens, the oil stays on your car and the powder reveals it
This guy is right. The school bus accident actually happened in Utah, it was disproved on Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files
This location was on Myth Busters. They proved that it was nothing more than an optical illusion, and that there is actually a downgrade slope to the road.
Done this numerous times and it scares the living crap out of me. Ive captured noises coming from
the surrounding trees, faint sounds of whimpers/cries and the road getting to this place is even worse the speed limit is 35 but your car will excel upto 40. The bck road coming through san jaun mission thats all I know.
There is msny ghost trains here in San Antonio I experience them all the time.by Kirby tx by the rail road stop
Me and my cousins always wanted to go check out this tracks so one night around 9pm we took off to San Antonio from Batesville its like an hour away we bought some baby powder pour it on the car never saw nothing but as the car was going over the tracks we heard a train saw the lights coming toward us so I turned on the car got out the way and we say the train past after that we went to a little store nearby we where telling the store clerk that we your at the tracks and that a train pass by he told us a train hasn’t passed by since the accident that thy dont use those tracks anymore no that a scared us
Train still runs me and my friends thought the same (that the tracks were abandoned) back in 1995 and we had our truck on the center of the track when we saw the train coming.
Ghost Adventures just debunked it.
I went here many years ago–our car was in park, not neutral, and yes, we were pushed over the tracks….it was scary
Took this picture about 8 years ago.
Nothing works. The whole powder trick on the bumper is bogus crap. I’ve done this multiple times and nothing happens. Everything moves with a slope, so granted… the car or truck will move.
Well, if its not real, how come handprints are on the back of your car?
It’s the oil on your hands and the powder absorbes your oil making the finger prints
If you look closely on the newspaper image, it said it happened in Salt Lake City, Utah. But my question is why are there handprints on the back of my car???
It’s the oil from your previous hand and fingerprints and the baby powder absorbes the oil and makes them prominent
I am a believer in the paranormal and I’m a ghost hunter, but Ghost Adventures debunked the myth showing that its actually going downhill and not uphill, it goes down by almost a foot and a half but it looks like its level or going uphill
