This spot, as urban legend tells it, is haunted by the apparitions of a small boy and a man. They were said to have died in a trailer park long ago when one was murdered and the other burned to death in a fire. Witnesses have also heard voices and seen doors opening and lights turning on by themselves.

sooo i’ve been going to Cinemark for 23 yrs. Never, NEVER in my life have i seen or heard of anything paranormal there. Still cool urban legend though
I was a projectionist here in 2002-05.
After closing, there was still much to be done in the booth. Every projector had to be re-threaded and often there would be multiple reel shifts from one projector to another based on ticket sales.
Most nights the booth was closed by only one person -a job I always dreaded to do alone.
Other than the occasional manager making their way to accounting, all that could be heard was the drone of projectors until the longest reel dropped. To keep light pollution to a minimum the booth was very dimly lit -creating the perfect setting for a hyperactive imagination.
Standard spooky stuff would often occur; most ubiquitous para-normality was random projector’s would stop and shutdown for no mechanically apparent reason. Shadows would seem to race away from view when entering either of the hallway’s wings to access the smaller capacity theaters.
Scariest to service was theater 5 and 13, known as the “mega’s”. Due to their higher seating capacity, the mega theaters projectors were elevated another story. They both had their own little projector room accessible by elevator and stairway (dark dark stairway). Both the mega projector rooms had dark corners that you couldn’t see around due to curvature of the building’s architecture. I as well as many of my peers dreaded servicing the mega’s -whenever possible we would travel in pairs up to them simply for the company.
Other than a few quick glimpses of shadows retreating to dark corners, I never saw any specters. Unexplained sounds were standard issue, however due to the constant drone of projector gears everything was chalked up to imagination.
I think it would be a stretch to call this Cinemark haunted, however there was a palpable energy that made me feel quite uncomfortable!
I worked there back in 07 and the legend from the other employees was quite different.
I worked here in 2001-2003 as a projectionist , other than hallway being spooky ,never experienced anything that lead to suggest there was any paranormal activity
I’m scared! >_<
I worked there from July of 2013 to September 2015 as a box office employee. One day I was in a box office by myself and I heard all these noises directly above me. Like someone stomping around VERY loudly above me. I had a feeling as if I was being watched and the hair on my arms stood up while I was listening to the banging with a four second pause between the noises. I later asked my manager if there was any rooms or anywhere that any other employees could access above the box office she said no. Needless to say I was horrified.
I went there a couple of weeks ago and I was in the back and all of a sudden something pulled my jacket and I almost died
This is in reference to the mega stadium located on the side by the Macy’s mall parking lot that has the back stairwell…David mentioned it..
I was watching the most terrible movie ever, The Truman Show. Suddenly the projector caught fire and we were forced to exit. I was pleased the movie was over. It was odd it suddenly caught fire like that and set off the alarm.
I was in theater one yesterday and had a boy w curly hair to his shoulders dressed in all khaki clothes with very wide sleeves. He was standing in the row beneath me I looked at him and he looked at me and disappeared
The last couple of nights joined a graveyard cleaning crew and in theater 11 i saw just someone’s head with black hair running one of the aisles.
