Unexplained noises and a series of mishaps point to a malevolent entity operating at this privately owned home. Different people have reported being pushed off of scaffolding and ladders, one, while holding a chainsaw. It is alleged that the former mistress of the house doesn’t like anyone living there but her. Ghostly sounds, tinkling music, footsteps and whispers in the night as well as the smell of perfume have also been reported.
