Phantom lights are spotted every once in awhile on the Wisconsin side of the river, always around the early morning and late afternoon hours. An apparition of a little girl has been seen multiple times running across the edge of the drop-off into the river, on the Minnesota side. Tourists have tried to stop the little girl from getting too close to the edge, but the apparition disappears when they got too close. The little girl’s identity has yet to be identified.

I have lived in tf my whole life, I’ll share my possible ghost experience! Once I was hanging out at the pothole park with my friends at night. specifically, we were at the pothole that has stairs that you can walk down into during the summer when it’s not all iced up. I was standing at the top staring down and i saw someone just standing down there, not moving a muscle and just staring back. It was dark out so maybe it was a trick of the eye but I screamed and ran and told everyone we had to leave lol
I have seen ghosts here at night!!!!
we were here 7/28/18 near dusk and I think we caught some images on camera.
