Be on the look-out for Margaret Pomeroy (also known as the White Lady). She was held captive in these dungeons and starved to death; she likes to wave at tourists. The Blue Lady is said to the daughter of one of the former Norman Lords who became pregnant after being raped, and then was strangled to death. She has a reputation for leading guests in her direction, only to get them lost on the grounds. A lady in grey, a cavalier, shadows, and strange lights are seen; voices are also a common element here.
