A woman is said to haunt the third floor of this building. She is believed to have committed suicide by hanging herself in one of the jail cells.

  1. I worked in the basement in the mail room. when taking the elevator it goes tot he 3rd floor by it’s self. I took it twice and it went up to the top and you need a key to go up
