This old store was in operation for many years, but now appears to be a private residence. While it was in operation, customers would smell the aroma of coffee, even when there was none brewing. The ghost was kind to the owners, and would often tuck them into bed or otherwise sit in a rocking chair in an upstairs bedroom. The staff and owners of the store believed the apparition of a tinsmith, a former owner and tenant of the historic building.
